Current Code of Federal Regulations (CFR38)
The CFR are regulations based on Public Law and/or U.S. Codes and is an interpretation of those laws, used by the Veterans Administration in the determination of claims. The “Authorizations” on which the CFR is based is noted in the text, usually at the end.
The CFR is updated every July, so these may not include revisions or additions which have occurred since last July.
